New Website 2020

Petplan released a brand new design and website and this course was delivered to all current employees to walk-through the changes.

Time:

  • Users can complete the course in about 12 minutes.

Development:

  • Custom animated characters and tennis balls that reveal buttons and thought bubbles!

  • Each button reveals a short video walk-through. The user must watch the video in order to proceed to the next section as the “back” button is programmed to appear at the end.

  • As each video is watched the section is marked complete with a check mark!

  • Once all 5 sections are completed the “next” button appears to move forward.

  • The LMS will mark the course as complete only when the user reaches the final slide.

Storyline 360

I developed the course within Storyline, which was designed to have the user progress at their own pace.

Replay 360

The screen was recorded in Replay 360 using the website prototype. I recorded the voice over as a separate audio file within Replay.

Blue Yeti Microphone

Voice recording was done using the Blue Yeti to ensure the best sound quality!

LMS & KB

I published and uploaded the SCORM file to the LMS and added the video instructions to the Knowledge Base.
