Claim Reimbursement Math

Created in Storyline, this course teaches new hires how claims are reimbursed from Petplan Health Insurance.

I worked with SME’s from the claims and service department to create the content and multiple scenarios, which built upon each other. The customer service team explains claim outcomes and decisions from the adjusters, however, many of them have no insurance or medical background. This course gradually walked learners through increasingly difficult claim situations.

This eLearning course replaced the classroom training done previously. This reduced the training time by 50% and 100% of employees passed the course within 2 tries.
